My Commitment to Quality
I am committed to providing high-quality, professional playtesting services. Your satisfaction is my top priority. This refund policy outlines when and how refunds are processed.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following circumstances:
- Service Not Delivered: If I fail to deliver your playtest report within the agreed timeframe (average of 5-7 business days, but a maximum of 20), you are eligible for a full refund.
- Quality Issues: If the playtest report does not meet the standards outlined in my service description, I will either revise the report or issue a refund at my discretion.
- Cancellation Before Work Begins: If you cancel your order before I have started the playtesting process, you will receive a full refund.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Work Already Completed: Once the playtest has been conducted, refunds are not available. I invest significant time and effort into each playtest in order to provide the best possible feedback.
- Disagreement with Feedback: If you disagree with the playtesting feedback or suggestions, unfortunately, this does not qualify for a refund. I can only offer my own, honest opinion on your design. Disagreement on some points is inevitable, but I find that even in disagreement there is a lot to learn.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email me at greginplaystudios@gmail.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line
- Include your order number/purchase confirmation and a detailed explanation of why you're requesting a refund
- Provide any supporting material if possible (e.g., communication showing missed deadlines)
Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved:
- I will process the refund within 3-5 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
